Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for purchases made on opsagents.agency. It is designed to comply with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן), including the distance-contract (online purchase) amendment and its 14-day cooling-off right (ביטול עסקה מרחוק). Whether a business-to-business (B2B) counterparty qualifies for the cooling-off right depends on the counterparty's status.

1.14-day cooling-off (distance contracts)

For distance-contract purchases, you may cancel within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. This default applies to SaaS subscriptions, productized services purchased before kickoff, and hourly bookings. Cancellation fees, where permitted by law, will not exceed the lower of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100.

Hourly work is billed as performed. Unstarted hours may be cancelled with 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Hours already worked are non-refundable.

5.Service-level (SLA) breach refunds Class A

For Class A instant self-serve SaaS, if provisioning takes longer than one hour you are entitled to a one-month refund of that SKU.

6.Marketplace purchases

Purchases made through a third-party marketplace (e.g. the Shopify App Store or Microsoft AppSource) are governed by that platform's refund policy, which may differ from this one.

7.How to request a refund

Email michal@opsagents.agency or use the support page with your order reference. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
